Can I Drink Coffee on Isagenix Diet
Isagenix® Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you ever wanted to know about Isagenix but were afraid to ASK!
1) Do I have to drink shakes all day? Will I ever eat real food?
This is easily the most frequently asked question! Most people start Isagenix with a 30-day system that includes replacing two meals a day with a shake. In addition to those shakes, you will also eat two snacks between 100-200 calories and one meal approximately 400-600 calories. That's between 600-1000 calories a day of food, in addition to your shakes. We eat LOTS of real food on Isagenix and you will too; however much of the food is of the nature that you would find with a low carb diet, and supports weight loss Between the shakes and the food we recommend, you'll be consuming more protein and healthy fats and fewer carbs.
2) How much does it cost?
Isagenix has many solutions depending on your goals. Just like one solution won't work for everyone – one price won't work for everyone either. A typical customer wanting to lose weight can expect to replace two meals a day with Isagenix. We have weight loss solutions that range in price from $10-$21 a day. This is also the initial cost when you get started with Isagenix because you start without any products. In subsequent months when ordering your premium groceries, you are simply filling in the gaps, and can expect to spend anywhere from approximately $170+ a month but its all up to you. When you are ready to discuss your goals please fill out the form and we will find a solution that fits your goals and your budget. Click Here for More Information.
3) Can I drink alcohol on Isagenix?
The quick answer is Yes! Nothing is off limits with Isagenix. The long answer is in moderation. Most people begin an Isagenix 30 day system. If you can stay away from alcohol for 30 days great! If you would like to have a glass of wine or a beer on the weekends go for it. I check in with my clients daily and weekly. If you are not happy with your results we can adjust and evaluate throughout your 30 days.
4) Can I drink coffee on Isagenix?
Absolutely! Even on Cleanse days – YAY!
5) How much does maintenance cost?
Maintenance for weight loss clients is typically one shake a day and one to two cleanses a month. When you start with a 30-day system you will have products left over for the second month. You will want to have a conversation with your enrolling sponsor to help you decide which products will suit you best. There is no one solution. We have a fabulous IsaBody challenge program that will help you achieve and maintain your goals and pays you $200 in products at the completion of 16 weeks. I encourage all of my clients to use the Isa Body challenge 4x times a year to help them earn free products and maintain their health. For more information about the IsaBody Challenge send a request and I'll get you all of the details. Click Here for More Information.
6) How/Why does Isagenix support weight loss and overall health & wellness?
Through portion control, caloric restriction and intermittent fasting, i.e., a lower carbohydrate diet, your body will be taking in far fewer calories and carbs than it has been accustomed to. This, in turn, supports weight loss and the better health that often accompanies weight loss. This program also supports building lean muscle, at the same time as it is burning toxic/visceral fat.
7) What if it doesn't work for me?
First, I would say, if you follow Isagenix you will SUCCEED! We have several scientific studies published in peer review journals that show Isagenix will not only work, but it will work well. The science and the support you receive from our team on FB and via telephone and text support will get you to your goals. Learn more about Isa Science.
That said, life happens to all of us and occasionally circumstances change and someone cannot complete their 30 days. Isagenix has a money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your 30 days experience you can call customer service and you will be refunded everything except tax and shipping – no questions asked.
8) How will I get the nutrients I need on Isagenix Shake Days or Isagenix Cleanse Days?
People can take Isagenix supplements during shake and cleanse days. Some include:
- IsaFlush, which are daily capsules containing a variety of herbs, minerals, and magnesium intended to aid in digestion, regularity, and overall health.
- Natural Accelerator, a dietary supplement that contains cayenne, green tea, cocoa seed, and apple cider vinegar. It aims to boost metabolism and burn fat.
- Ionix Supreme, an adaptogenic herbal drink that promotes clarity and focus while increasing energy levels. It normalizes your body, bringing it into optimal balance.
After completing the 30-day plan, dieters are encouraged to either restart it or try a different Isagenix program. I offer several weight loss packs and systems, i.e., weight loss programs.
9) What are the primary ingredients in Isagenix shakes?
Our meal replacement shakes come in a variety of flavors, including Dutch chocolate, French vanilla, strawberry cream, Birthday Cake and chocolate mint, as well as vegan options. The primary ingredient in most of the shakes isMyo-IsaLeanComplex, which is a mixture of whey and milk protein and nonfat milk powder (one of thebest protein powders because of the aforementioned combination) that serves as the source of protein in the shake. We also have the best quality vegan shakes which are made of brown rice/pea protein. Our new Wholeblend vegan and whey protein shakes have even more whole food ingredients with less sugar. Our entire product line is completely gluten free.
10) Is Isagenix a pyramid scheme, multi-level marketing (MLM), or affiliate marketing company?
If you are interested in learning more about the benefits of becoming an Independent Isagenix Associate, I'd love to chat with you. While some refer to Isagenix's business model as a "pyramid scheme", a multi-level marketing (MLM), or an affiliate marketing one, that reference is not accurate. Isagenix employs anetwork marketing business model. That means associates serve as individual agents who distribute Isagenix products and services. This is otherwise known as "word of mouth advertising" which is the most effective and successful marketing method around. We simply create networks of people who all love our nutrition and everyone has the opportunity to benefit in the profits. Many of the individuals who work with me as Independent Isagenix Associates areworking moms who were seeking "jobs from home." As I shared on my Isagenix page, one of the many diverse benefits of being one of my Isagenix business partners, is that you can offer customers health and wellness solutions, as well as financial solutions as well. My business partners benefit from my efforts alongside me. Anyone can outearn me as well. It is one of the only industries that is a true level playing field no matter someone's level of education or degree achieved.
